baked tuna and cheese casserole

1 can King Oscar Tuna in Oil (Fillet or Flaked), drained
250g penne pasta
30 dkg cheese (choose easily melting variety)
1/2 red peppers
1/2 yellow peppers
1 can green peas
1 can corn
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon fresh parsley or chives
Salt, oregano

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain. Cut peppers into thin slices. Dice onion. Mix pasta with all the vegetables and add freshly crushed or dried garlic. Add King Oscar Tuna in Oil and place into a baking dish. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180° or in a microwave. Serves 2.
