King Oscar Mackerel Fillets in Tomato Sauce
Conchiglioni pasta shells
Parsley, chopped
Chives, chopped
Red onions, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dried salad herbs

Cook conchiglioni pasta shells exactly according to package instructions, then cool. When cool, prepare mackerel filling. Mash mackerel fillets with a fork and blend in other ingredients. Delicately squeeze pasta shells on both sides to open, stuff with fish mixture.
