mashed potatoes with mackerel

2 cans King Oscar Mackerel Fillets in Oil
1kg small potatoes (your favorite type)
50g butter
200ml fresh cream
Garlic, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Peel, dice, and boil potatoes. Immediately mash potatoes, adding in butter, cream, and pressed garlic. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Break King Oscar mackerel into pieces and gently stir into mashed potatoes. Serves 4.
