norwegian sardine paella

2 cans King Oscar Sardines Mediterranean-Style
2 grilled chickens, cut up
300g sautéed shrimp
2 onions, diced
5 dl rice
10 dl water
2 bouillon cubes
1g turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
6 dl green peas
4 teaspoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter

Boil rice with water bouillon, turmeric, and salt for about 25 minutes. Lightly sauté the shrimp and onions. In an ovenware casserole dish, mix the sardines, chicken, shrimp and onions, green peas, and rice. Add olive oil and butter. Heat in the oven for 10 minutes at 220°C. Serve hot with fresh bread. Makes 6 servings.
