scandinavian salmon soup

2 cans King Oscar Alaskan Salmon
100g onion
50g butter
50g flour
Bouillon cubes
Fresh dill
Sea salt, ground white pepper
Bay leaf
Allspice, nutmeg (just a pinch)
200g milk
100ml cooking oil
200ml cream

Dice onions and sauté in butter, add the flour and stir. In a large pot of water, add bouillon cubes (use proportions provided on package), King Oscar Alaskan Salmon, sautéed onions, peppers, and all seasonings. Bring to boil, reduce heat, stir in milk, cream, and cooking oil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Let stand several minutes, then purée for creamy texture. Serve with fresh baguette.
