exotic tuna salad

1 can King Oscar Tuna in Oil (Fillet, Chunks, Flakes), drained
30 dkg cheese (choose easily melting variety)
1/2 red bell pepper
3-4 mini corncobs
1 can pineapple
Pitted dried dates, cut in half
250g plain yogurt
Salt and pepper

Cut bell peppers into long and thin strips. Cheese and pineapple should be cut into cubes. Add tuna fillet (divide into smaller bites) or chunks or flakes. Mix all together. Add salt and pepper to yogurt and toss with salad. Serves 2.
