ko royal tuna salad

2 cans King Oscar Tuna in Water
250g pene pasta
1 cup black olives, halved
1/2 cup walnuts, halved
1 teaspoon fresh pepper
Parsley, chopped

2 dc mayonnaise
1 dc fresh cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain. In a large bowl, mix mashed tuna fillets or tuna flakes, pasta, olives, walnuts, and fresh pepper. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and stir into salad mixture. Top with parsley. Refrigerate before serving. Serves 4.
