sardine salad with oranges and lettuce

1 can King Oscar Sardines in Olive Oil
1 head lettuce
2 oranges
100g French beans
1 large ripe avocado
8 mushrooms
Red onion

orange dressing
3/4 dl olive oil
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped chive and garlic
Grated peel of half an orange

Grate the orange peel. Peel the oranges with a knife and divide the oranges diagonally in 6-8 wedges as pictured. Save juice for use in the dressing. Peel the avocado and divide it into wedges. Sprinkle lemon juice on the avocado to keep it from darkening. Toss the avocado and the oranges with the other ingredients and the pre-mixed dressing. Serve on plates and top with sardines.
