summer style tuna salad

King Oscar Tuna in Brine or Water, drained
1 head lettuce
1 rib celery, sliced
400g asparagus, steamed or boiled, chilled
Sliced beet

3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
Fresh basil, chopped

Drain tuna. Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate. Top with the vegetables and King Oscar tuna. To prepare dressing, mix basil with yogurt, lemon juice, and mayo.
