tuna salad with beans and spinach

King Oscar Tuna in Brine or Water, drained
2-3 cups baby spinach leaves
4 baby tomatoes
400g beans
200g chickpeas

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Finely chopped herbs (parsley, basil leaves)

Mix together all salad ingredients and arrange on plate. Mix all the ingredients for dressing and pour over salad. Serve with bread sticks or sliced bread.
