mini ciabatta with sardines

Cross-Pack King Oscar Sardines in Olive Oil, drained
1 small ciabatta roll
Ruccola (arugula/rocket) leaves
French mustard with seeds
Red onion, diced
White onion, sliced

Cut small ciabatta roll in half. Spread both halves with mustard. Place ruccola, sardines, and onions on one half. Top with other ciabatta half.
