sardines on crispy bread

King Oscar Sardines in Olive Oil (or your favorite variety)
Melba bread, toast, or rye crisp crackers
Cream cheese
Ruccola (arugula/rocket) leaves
Fresh chopped parsley, chives

Spread cream cheese on Melba, toast, or rye crisp cracker. Top with two ruccola leaves and then one or two tiny and delicate King Oscar sardines. Sprinkle with parsley and chives. Garnish with sprouts (optional).
